Welcome Future Educators!
I am Adjahnae Vereen Piner, many call me Ms. AJay. I am excited about leading Vanguard's Future Educators Academy. I have over 20 years of experience working with youth in different areas of life. I was a counselor at a juvenile residential facility, Juvenile Probation Officer, Family Engagement Specialist with The Centers, and I have been with Marion County Schools since 2015. I've taught kindergarten, first, third, and sixth through eighth grades. Teaching is a work of heart and I am honored to cultivate the minds and hearts of future educators.
