The mission of Ocala Vanguard’s Future Educators Academy is to inspire, prepare, and support high school students in pursuing a career in education. We aim to equip students with the knowledge, skills, hands-on experiences, to become effective, compassionate, and innovative educators who positively impact the lives of their students and communities.

Our vision is to cultivate a new generation of dedicated and passionate educators. We strive to provide a structured education program that includes practical, real-world experiences, extensive community service, and impactful projects. By doing so, we empower students to become future teachers who are committed to fostering a love of learning and contributing to the educational success and well-being of future generations.
