CAP & GOWN ORDERS: (WILL BE DELIVERED MONDAY MAY 18TH DURING LUNCH ON THE STAGE) Click Here to Order Your Cap & Gown you can order all year...BUT the price will increase in January and again in May. We are using a new vendor as of last school year. Your child will not be able to wear a sibling gown unless the student graduated and purchased the new gown last year. You will be asked to enter your home address BUT they will be delivered to VHS and handed out during lunch the second week of May.
SENIOR YARD SIGNS: We do not have the funding to purchase this year. They can be purchased via the SWIphoto.com website.
Grad Bash 2026 is Friday April 17, 2026.
Tickets will be on sale from 2/17-3/6/26. This trip is only for seniors who meet the event "requirements to attend" above.
Purchase your ticket here. The access code is the student's student ID.
Student will be able to choose which bus they ride before school on Thursday, March 12th, 2026 starting at 7:45 AM in 1-150 (Ms. Stephens' Room). In order to choose their bus, students must have purchased a ticket and come with their signed contracts and permission forms.

Vanguard High School invites juniors and seniors to attend the 2026 Prom, A Knight at Gatsby’s, on May 2, 2026, from 8:00–11:00 PM at the Circle Square Cultural Center. Join us for an elegant evening inspired by the glamour of the 1920s, filled with music, dancing, and unforgettable memories.
Please note that all students must meet school eligibility requirements to attend extracurricular events listed above.
Required paperwork for off-campus attendance, guest approvals, and additional event details are posted below.
11th & 12th Grade student packet (permission slip and expectations)
9th & 10th Grade VHS student guest packet (permission slip, on campus guest form, expectations)

ANY SENIORS THAT ARE INTERESTED IN RUNNING FOR PROM COURT NEED TO FILL OUT THE SELF NOMINATION SHEET BELOW AND TURN IT IN TO MRS. RAMSEY-HEIL IN THE MEDIA CENTER. WE WILL BE ACCEPTING ONLY THE FIRST 5 BOYS AND 5 GIRLS WHO TURN IN THE COMPLETED PAPERWORK AND ARE ELIGIBLE.

Junior Class Meeting: Senior Picture Information: Monday April 20th
Baccalaureate: May 21st (Generation Church formally Ocala First Assembly of God) 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Graduation Practice: May 28th 9:00AM - 12:00 PM (NEW TIME) (Mandatory to walk Friday) Do NOT schedule appointments until after 12:00 pm.
Graduation: May 29th (Southeastern Livestock Pavilion) 8:00 - 9:30 am (No Tickets will be required.) Gates for guests will open at 6:30 am. No saving seats, no balloons in the stands, no pictures on graduation floor after graduation (NMHS has to set up for practice following our graduation). Weapon detection systems will be in place at entry. These will also detect metal objects such as umbrellas and eyeglass cases.
